Day 2 on the Autoimmune Gut Repair Protocol Diet

So on day 2 of my journey, I have actually been less hungry and had enough energy to run errands, do normal housework, and exercise. This would normally be a lot for a Sunday. I haven’t been as hungry for sugar and butter/other dairy things as I predicted. Hopefully this isn’t the honeymoon period. I shall stay optimistic that eating better means feeling better. For breakfast, I made chocolate chip pancakes for my kids and hubby and ate my berries and a meat patty. I’m used to feeding them things I can’t eat so this was not big change. The whole family is eating better though with the abundance of fruit for snacking. I kind of miss eggs but I wasn’t hungry between meals. For lunch it was rotisserie chicken with cucumber and an apple. And for dinner, steak with lots of squash, zucchini, and broccoli. I can do this.
